Overview
Matt Kirkegaard of Movement Property Group had a $7.5 million Nashville estate to market and wanted more than a listing video. He asked for a film, with actors, lifestyle moments and planned action, that captured everything the house offers.
The challenge
On a luxury listing, the film positions the agent as much as the property. It has to show the lengths an agent will go to for a listing, and so for any client.
Creative approach
I built the film around a mix of people and styles, each with a different way of living in the house, to show the full range of what it can hold: a podcast studio, a bedroom, the pool, a sun chair reading spot, and a large living room with glass facing the backyard.
The day moves from morning coffee and work in the office and studio to a gathering at the end, with swimming, reading, yoga on the roof at sunset and basketball on the court.
The concept came first, then storyboards, then a close read of the property to match every action to the space that shows it best.
